HR Advisory Employment Matters
Given our experience in the field, we shall be providing employment advice and guidance within the parameters of the law. Be it an issue related to discipline, of an employee refusing to work the notice period or overtime, a case of unsatisfactory performance, a difficult termination of employment and other, we shall be there by your side to assist.

HR Training and Development
Different levels of training related to HR tools (Performance Appraisal, 360 Degrees, Pay Structures, etc) to the different levels of employees. Training is something on the go and doesn’t require a classroom format. Notwithstanding other supervisory and conflict management training is provided.

HR Audits & Organisational Reviews
Organisational reviews and HR Audits are key to ensure that all the process and practices are in force and contributing to maximum efficiency. Our team will assess what is currently in place, what is missing in terms of polices, Human Resources, standard operating procedures and other HR tools and subsequently implement a structure that will support attainment of targets and vision.

Questionnaires with pertinent questions will be prepared and shared Company wide. Strengths will be acknowledged and retained whilst matters highlighted as requiring immediate improvement with be actively addressed.
